Creation of bartender Phil Weber, this drink is intended to give people a taste of a tropical holiday.
“I love the earthy notes of tequila so I thought why not combine it with the sweetness of fresh pineapple and some vibrant chillies to create a real depth of flavour.”
To get the chilli spice you taste in the drink, the team at Market Grounds’ have sous vide their agave with chipotle. Pairing this with fresh, juicy pineapple is the winning secret to this drink.
“One of my favourite things to do is sit out in the beer garden after a shift and enjoy this cocktail alongside our chef’s Kingfish Crudo, it’s guaranteed to bring a smile to your face and that’s what I want to give our customers”.
