ANZAC Day 2024

The City of Perth is honoured to support RSLWA as we remember the legacy of our ANZACs on, and in the lead up to, 25 April. 

Here’s a list of all the commemorations happening in the city this year.

From 8 April

Government House will be transformed with a field of more than 40,000 knitted poppies, produced by the RSLWA Poppy Ladies. 

23 April

All City of Perth parking bays will be free on ANZAC Day. Please note, a number of road closures will be in place to help facilitate ANZAC Day events, see here for the full list.

General retail shops will be closed ANZAC Day however see here for a list of food and beverage venues that will be open.
