Kimchi and Ginger Beer Workshop
Join us for a social and festive morning making yummy food that will be a delight to give and receive, whilst being gentle on the planet.
We’ll learn how to make kimchi from scratch, plus the recipe for a dry spice mix that you can gift to others so they can make their own kimchi. We'll also learn how to brew fermented ginger beer. Leave with a couple of gifts ready to go and feeling inspired to make more at home- for yourself or others!
If you'd like to take some gifts home please bring a used but cleaned 250ml jar and 500ml clip top bottle.
