WAGFG Spring ABCs Series

Join us at Uma Restaurant for a West Australian seafood extravaganza of gargantuan proportions!

The dinner is a part of The West Australian Good Food Guides Spring ABCs Dining Series presented by Audi with our ‘G’ themed produce dinner on Wednesday 7 October, 2020 from 5:30pm. 

Uma’s Executive Chef Alejandro Saravia and his team will take you on an grand journey of the rich West Australian coastline with a 6 course share style ‘G ’menu featuring Southern Sea Garfish, gorgeous Leeuwin Coast Akoya pearl oysters , glamourous local Crystal Crab and glistening Abrolhos Island scallops all sustainably sourced in collaboration with Fins Seafood

Dinner will feature the gorgeous wines of Swan Valley winery Bella Ridge Estate.  Renowned for their unique and interesting wine-making style that shows the terroir of the region as well as being interesting and thoroughly enjoyable to drink! 

The evening will be hosted by WA Good Food Guide who will be interviewing guest speakers including Uma’s Executive Chef Alejandro Saravia and Bella Ridge Estates owner and winemaker Alon Arbel.
