Three chefs, four courses, one seriously good night
Post is teaming up with Mi Scusi this 19 September for a collaboration that brings big Italian flavours, great drinks and even better energy to the State Buildings. You won’t just be going on a culinary journey, but stopping through some of State Building’s best venues, including Postal Hall and Cape Arid Rooms. Come hungry, leave late, and make sure you save room for dessert.Perth's favourite food market loading

Grill on, beers cold, music up
While Farra’s been open for a while now, we’ve been patiently waiting for warmer weather to take full advantage of their gorgeous terrace. Our patience has paid off, with the launch of their new Terrace Sessions, On The Grill, a 90-minute Sunday sesh complete with house-made flatbreads, skewers, salads, dips and bottomless pours.
Le Vietnam reopens
If you, like us, were devastated over the closure of Le Vietnam's Barrack Street location, rest easy - they've just opened the doors at their new digs over at Raine Square. They'll still be serving up the banh mi they're known for, the bigger space will allow them to expand the menu to include rice and soba noodle bowls and experiment with Tex-Viet cuisine.
Say ‘ello to a proper British pub
The Queens Arms is set to open at the old Flour Factory site later this month, breaking the CBD’s ten-year British pub drought. It’s backed by Nokturnl, the same hospitality group who brought us iconic venues like Stories, the Old Synagogue and the Beaufort, and we have full faith they’ll be serving up another banger (and maybe some mash if we’re lucky).Deli Gabe heads west
A favourite amongst CBD-dwellers, Deli Gabe has announced they’re bringing their signature bagels, Korean donuts and specialty drinks to West Perth! They haven’t announced the exact location yet so keep an eye on their socials for updates.
You CAN make friends with salad
If you’re sick of mushrooms on toast being the only veggie item on the menu, get ready for a whole smorgasbord of options at Vegozen, Perth’s annual vegetarian food and culture festival. Savour a diverse selection of vegetarian and vegan delights and explore captivating activities like flower arrangement, gardening, oracle calligraphy and Tai Chi.
Pirate Life brings back a fan favourite
Long-time Wildcats fans will remember the Red Army march of yesteryear and will be pleased to know Pirate Life Perth's bringing it back just in time for the 2026/27 NBL season. The march kicks off at the Murray Street Mall train station exit before heading to Pirate Life to collect the Red Army (who've hopefully fuelled up on a pre-march feed). From there, they'll march together round the corner to RAC Arena ahead of tip-off.
Farm After Five
One of our go-to Saturday morning spots is set to moonlight as a vibrant after-hours destination this 10 September. Perth City Farm’s Farm After Five boasts market stalls, movement classes, art sessions and venue tours, and if you’re hungry just thinking about all that’s on offer, their on-site café will stay open late so you can grab dinner.
Curate turns a tini bit older
Curate is celebrating its first birthday and you're invited to the party! This 19 September they'll be slinging $10 birthday martinis and live entertainment - to make things even sweeter, every visit this month gives you the chance to win a bunch of prizes, including an exclusive Curated Getaway Package.
