Our instructors have undertaken specialist Pre Natal Yoga training and have studied to be Pre Natal Yoga instructors for a minimum of 12 months.Yoga can help prepare you physically mentally and emotionally for birth and can alleviate some of the discomforts of pregnancy such as backache, sciatica and digestive difficulties.
