Modern, safe and continually cleaned male, female and all-gender toilet facilities are open 7 days a week during general opening hours. To access the toilets and waiting area, an admittance fee of 50 cents applies.

The accessible toilet measures 3 m x 1.55 m (4.65m2) and features a fold-down adult change table and ceiling hoist which operates on X/Y traversing system to swing between the wheelchair, change table and toilet. 

The hoist requires a personal carer to operate the system and support the user. Users must also provide their own sling compatible with Chiltern Invadex Wispa Hoist 200LT IR and ceiling track system (max. capacity 115kg). Only users and carers trained in hoisting are advised to use the hoist and change table.

Centre staff will provide the hoist remote control but are not trained for personal care support. An instruction manual is available on request.

Spacious, comfortable and private infant care and feeding rooms are free to access.

Spacious and secure lockers are available for luggage storage at a daily rate of $11. Measuring 900mm high x 760mm wide x 750mm deep, there is ample space for multiple suitcases or two large pieces of luggage per locker.

Lockers are accessible from Sunday to Thursday between 7am and 6pm and on Fridays and Saturdays from 7am to 10pm.

To hire a locker, you’ll need to provide valid photo ID (such as a driver's licence or passport).

Modern, private and clean male and female shower facilities, with a fresh towel and soap included, are available for $10.

Wheelchairs are available for hire on Saturdays and Sundays only. A flat daily hire fee of $10 and a $50 refundable deposit applies. You’ll also need to provide valid photo ID (such as a driver's licence or passport).

For mobility scooter or wheelchair hire by the hour on weekdays, enquire at the adjacent Citiplace Community Centre.
