Each venue is putting its own spin on the offering, giving you three delicious reasons to head into the city or stick around after work. Midweek catch-ups, sorted!

Perth's coolest coffee has arrived at Gemini Café

The viral -86°C Dirty Coffee is making its way to Gemini Café from 19 October. Featuring an ultra-frosted cup, concentrated ice-drip milk and a hot ristretto poured over the top, this unique coffee creation is designed to be enjoyed within just 40 seconds. Available in-store only, it's one coffee experience you'll want to add to your must-try list!

Matcha lovers, meet Matchérie XO

Perth’s matcha scene is growing, with Matchérie XO set to bring a new matcha café to Shafto Lane! Keep an eye out for this latest addition to the CBD, perfect for matcha lovers looking for their next favourite sip. Follow @matcheriexo on Instagram for opening updates and a first look at what’s brewing.

Deli Gabe expands to West Perth

West Perth, you're in for a treat! Bagel favourite Deli Gabe is spreading the love, opening its second location in West Perth. Known for its generously loaded bagels, creative coffee creations and sweet treats, the popular Murray Street café has become a go-to for breakfast and lunch lovers. Whether you're craving a classic smoked salmon bagel, a strawberry matcha or something sweet, there's now another reason to get your Deli Gabe fix.

Perth's favourite food market loading

With the warmer months comes the return of our favourite food market! Forrest Place will transform into a food lover’s paradise every Friday evening with the Twilight Food Market back for another ripper season.

Girl Dinner, Lil’s Style

Lil’s Rooftop Bar is bringing forward your Saturday bottomless brunch plans with their MANGIA! Hot Girl Dinner. Enjoy 2 hours of flowing spritzes, wine and Mediterranean-inspired share plates, all for just $75, available 8-10pm every Friday night.

Grill on, beers cold, music up

While Farra’s been open for a while now, we’ve been patiently waiting for warmer weather to take full advantage of their gorgeous terrace. Our patience has paid off, with the launch of their new Terrace Sessions, On The Grill, a 90-minute Sunday sesh complete with house-made flatbreads, skewers, salads, dips and bottomless pours.

Le Vietnam reopens

If you, like us, were devastated over the closure of Le Vietnam's Barrack Street location, rest easy - they've just opened the doors at their new digs over at Raine Square. They'll still be serving up the banh mi they're known for, the bigger space will allow them to expand the menu to include rice and soba noodle bowls and experiment with Tex-Viet cuisine.

Say ‘ello to a proper British pub

The Queens Arms is set to open at the old Flour Factory site later this month, breaking the CBD’s ten-year British pub drought. It’s backed by Nokturnl, the same hospitality group who brought us iconic venues like Stories, the Old Synagogue and the Beaufort, and we have full faith they’ll be serving up another banger (and maybe some mash if we’re lucky).

Pirate Life brings back a fan favourite

Long-time Wildcats fans will remember the Red Army march of yesteryear and will be pleased to know Pirate Life Perth's bringing it back just in time for the 2026/27 NBL season. The march kicks off at the Murray Street Mall train station exit before heading to Pirate Life to collect the Red Army (who've hopefully fuelled up on a pre-march feed). From there, they'll march together round the corner to RAC Arena ahead of tip-off.

Reading takes you places

Namely, TRIBE Perth! They'll host your book club for free every Wednesday, and you'll enjoy 10% off beer and wine while you're there.

A CBD favourite marches into its second location

March Coffee Studio is flinging open the doors to its second location at 181 St Georges Tce this month. If you haven't visited their original location at 140 William before, we promise the coffee is excellent - it's made by a world-championship winning barista!

Double Rainbow goes BYO

Northbridge Asian-fusion favourite Double Rainbow is going BYO all September long! It's free Sunday-Thursday and $10 per bottle on Fridays and Saturdays - you bring the drinks, they'll do the rest.
